About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality projects that drive impactful results. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, managing and maintaining cloud resources, and developing applications that run on the cloud.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cloud computing, enjoy working with a variety of technologies, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: The Cloud Engineer will design and implement cloud infrastructure based on organisational needs, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and Maintain Cloud Resources: The successful candidate will manage and maintain cloud resources, monitoring cloud services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of cloud resources.
  • Develop Applications for the Cloud: The Cloud Engineer will develop applications that run on the cloud, leveraging cloud services for infrastructure as code, etc.
  • Ensure Cloud Security: The successful candidate will ensure cloud security by protecting data and infrastructure from unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with Other IT Teams: The Cloud Engineer will collaborate with other IT professionals, such as network engineers and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing IT systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Cloud Computing: Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, managing and maintaining cloud resources, and developing applications that run on the cloud.
  • Strong Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills and experience working with other IT professionals, such as network engineers and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing IT systems.
  • Understanding of DevOps Principles: A strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines to streamline cloud deployments.
  • Cloud Security: Experience ensuring cloud security by protecting data and infrastructure from unauthorized access.
  • Endpoint Management: Experience managing endpoint devices and configurations using tools while considering security.
