We're seeking talented individuals to join our team as Client Service Associates. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to form lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and provide them with exceptional support in navigating their financial futures.

You'll be responsible for managing operations locally across various functions, working collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless client service, resolving any issues that may arise and providing timely responses to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with high-net-worth clients via phone and email
  • Fulfill operational tasks between FIA and top brokerage houses, ensuring timely resolution of documentation and transfer issues
  • Collaborate with Investment Counsellors (ICs) to ensure operational excellence for all client enquiries
