About the Role
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner will report to the Head of Work, Health and Safety. This is a critical role, with a focus to provide tools and resources that support a safe working environment across the warehouse in Yennora and corporate office in Sydney CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tools and resources to support a safe working environment
- Identify risks through data and first-hand experience
- Build and execute programs to improve processes and eliminate risks
- Influence people leaders and employees to sustain a culture of safety
- Support the business Health and Safety strategy in preventative Health and Safety
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety
- Experience in logistics or Fulfilment environments, specifically with automation technologies
- Experience managing HS management systems (ISO 45001)
- Experience with HS metrics and data analysis
- Experience reviewing and inputting to critical risk assessment and project work streams
- Experience with serious Incident Investigation methodologies (ICAM preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in and across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
