Trainee Educator Role

This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and care.

As a Trainee Educator, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment to develop your skills and knowledge in this field.

Key responsibilities of the role include maintaining a safe environment, complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, building positive relationships with children and families, contributing to the education program, and supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good time management and organisational skills, and be able to work well individually and as part of a team. They will also need to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards early years education.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Appropriate Australian work rights
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Ability to meet our immunisation requirements
