Real Estate Trainer and Assessor Job

This role involves collaboration with professionals in property, finance, and business sectors to help students acquire essential skills and knowledge.

  • The trainer will also deliver training across NSW, balancing direct student interaction and supporting the College Principal to enhance training systems and services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in property, finance, or real estate industries and a background in real estate and/or real estate training.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver practical, industry-relevant real estate training.
  2. Ensure courses meet national standards and industry needs.
  3. Support students with guidance and assessment feedback.
  4. Collaborate with the College Principal to review and improve training systems.
  5. Maintain compliance with WHS and EEO legislation.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain.
  • Real Estate Licence or relevant qualifications.
