We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping customers find the perfect skincare solution while taking full responsibility for your counter and team.

A typical day as a Customer Service Representative will be filled with leading, inspiring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences to all customers. You'll help your people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, building great relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Provide personalized consultations and skin services, showcasing the range of products available.
• Deliver sales targets by creating business plans and driving in-store promotions and offers.
• Complete our award-winning development programme to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a beautifully presented counter, ensuring our brand is represented at its best.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for skincare and a love of providing excellent customer service.
• Experience leading and motivating a team that inspires performance, nurtures team development, celebrates success, and ensures support and listening.
• Outstanding communication skills, with experience working with customers and ensuring empathy and understanding at all times.
• The ability to work with business plans, achieve sales targets, and review individual and team performance.
• Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development, expanding your knowledge and service expertise.
