We are seeking individuals for a General Service Officer role.

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food preparation, and presentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine interest in elderly care is highly desirable.

As a General Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times.

We offer flexible work schedules and a supportive team environment.

Our facilities provide a quality Nursing Home environment, with a focus on resident care and well-being.

We pride ourselves on excellent care for residents through a quality environment.

Our 15 Aged Care Homes stretch from the Southern Highlands to Kempsey on the mid-north coast.

We strive for excellence in customer service and have a strong emphasis on mentoring and training.

Desired skills and experience include previous work experience in catering roles, good knowledge of products and safety handling and storage.

Prior experience within aged healthcare is highly preferred.

We offer internal transfers across our care homes as opportunities arise.
