We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Experience Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in delivering exceptional student experiences, ensuring a well-rounded variety of events and activities that cater to diverse interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Program Manager in designing, developing, implementing, and managing the Residential Life Program, ensuring a balanced mix of educational, cultural, and social events.
  • Monitor and support the wellbeing of residents, providing assistance when issues arise.
  • Provide on-call support during non-business hours as the primary contact for residents in relation to all matters that may require attention.
  • Participate actively in incident response and management teams during scheduled shifts and after-hours, maintaining accurate records of incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in customer service or hospitality will provide a solid foundation for this role.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High levels of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems.
  • An individual who exercises discretion and sound judgment.
