Our Water Team

Our Water team promotes holistic, sustainable water resource management for governments, investors, developers, manufacturers, utilities, and corporations, helping with network maintenance and development, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and future-ready strategies.

Recent Projects

We have recently worked on projects such as the Logan Water Alliance in QLD, Bondi Wastewater Treatment Plant NSW, and Bird in Hand Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade SA.

What You Will Do

As a Graduate Water Engineer, you will use a range of specialist skills to input into various water and wastewater conveyance projects. You will apply hydraulic analysis tools in solving simple and complex hydraulic problems, apply relevant standards and codes, including SEQ Code, attend to municipal water and wastewater design projects, undertake multicriteria analysis and cost benefit analysis, work towards Net Zero, and assume responsibility for the results of simple projects or sections of projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be analytical, curious, and passionate about continuing your learning in the Water sector. You will need to be able to think critically, ask questions, and take responsibility for finding solutions. You will also need to be comfortable engaging with clients and collaborators, partnering with them to understand their needs. You will bring a problem-solving attitude, a Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or similar, demonstrated interest in the Water sector, and some experience in the industry (design or construction) will be highly regarded.
