Salary and BenefitsAs an Occupational Therapist, you can expect a guaranteed salary of $86,400 including super, plus a range of benefits that will make your transition into a rewarding career truly fantastic. These include travel reimbursement, an external PD allowance up to $1,500/year, multiple performance-based incentive programs, a laptop and smartphone, a quality clinical toolkit, professional indemnity insurance, and access to salary packaging, including novated leasing.
Job DescriptionWe're excited to get to know you and share how our 12-month ActionPacked Graduate Program can launch your fulfilling career as an Occupational Therapist. You'll be working in a multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic supports to people with disability, helping them to build capacity and maximise independence. With weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training, you'll have all the support you need to succeed in this role.
