Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee a dayshift production team, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional quality output.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Led a small team while providing guidance and support.
  • Signed off on workflows, maintained high machine uptimes, and minimized defects.
  • Collaborated with the Operations Manager on key projects.
  • Fostered positive team morale, provided training, and supported employee retention.
  • Implemented process improvements and troubleshooted effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of polyurethane/processing machines. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and organization abilities are essential for this position.
