Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children by providing high-quality educational programs.

Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children. You will work collaboratively with your peers to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all employees to ensure a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Senior Educator - Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
