Business Development Career Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Description
  • Lead initiatives to promote business growth and drive new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, EPCs, and partners

This role involves developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing consultative support to customers. As a key member of our Industrial Automation team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Industrial Automation, preferably with Oil & Gas, New Energy, and Mining
  • Solution sales experience, including selling BESS, DCS, SCADA, PLC, and SIS

You must have a proven track record of success in industry/business environments, with experience in complex sales and building long-term strategic relationships. Additionally, you should be able to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
