We are seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager to oversee one of our major shopping centers in Adelaide.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical facilities management and OHS procedures.

  • Responsibilities include assuming responsibility for the technical facilities management of the Shopping Centre
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create operational budgets and manage expenditure
  • Ensuring proactive and reactive maintenance is addressed
  • Monthly reporting on key performance indicators
  • Nurturing relationships with all stakeholders including contractors
  • Compliance and OH&S management
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Facilities/Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager in a shopping center environment
  • Proven contractor management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently or as part of a large team
