We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Investment Services team. This role will be based in our Melbourne office and requires a minimum of three days per week on-site work. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashflow Processing: Provide accurate and up-to-date FX hedging positions to investment managers, review unit pricing information, and resolve related issues for both Australian and New Zealand Mercer funds.
  • Query Resolution: Utilize strong communication and stakeholder management skills to resolve queries and escalations with internal and external stakeholders, including investment managers, custodians, and auditors.
  • Operational Risk Management: Work within the internal control framework to manage operational risks, identifying and mitigating potential risks and escalating items as necessary.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated aptitude for clear, logical thinking and numerical skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvements.
