About Our Turnaround and Restructuring Team

We are looking for talented Associates and Senior Associates to join our growing team in Australia. These roles will involve working on some of the country's most complex and high-profile advisory and insolvency engagements.

The Role: What You'll Do
  • Perform financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling to assess business viability and restructuring options.
  • Support the development of turnaround strategies, implementation plans, and client-ready reports and presentations.
  • Assist with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports for various stakeholders including lenders, boards, and regulators.
  • Contribute to multiple concurrent engagements and maintain high-quality delivery under required deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion).
  • A minimum of 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services, or a similar field.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and financial modelling abilities.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization software highly regarded.
