Optical Assistant Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Optical Assistant. This role provides an opportunity to make a real difference in meeting customers' frame styling and eyecare needs.

As an Optical Assistant, you will work closely with our optometrists to deliver exceptional customer service and provide a personalized experience for each customer.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, including managing stock, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

  • Assist optometrists with patient consultations and eye exams
  • Manage stock and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
Required Skills and Qualifications
