Alarm Response Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this key role in responding to customer alarm events and providing exceptional customer service.

The Role

This individual will work closely with a large Customer Service team, receiving inbound calls and taking appropriate actions in response to customer alarm events. This includes:

  • Responding to all alarm events and answering incoming calls quickly and efficiently
  • Documenting all calls and actions taken into our system, ensuring accuracy and updates
  • Assisting customers where possible without transferring
  • FOLLOWING instructions from assistant shift manager and shift managers
  • Working unsupervised and maintaining professionalism

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced high volume Customer Service environment
  • Highly developed communication skills, team player, and passion for customer service
  • Excellent writing skills for preparing various communication materials
  • Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
