Our ideal candidate will be in close proximity to our clients, handling all operational aspects of our firm's relationship with them. This role is based in Sydney and is part of a collaborative team that fosters growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with high-net-worth clients via phone and email
  • Perform operational tasks between our company and top brokerage houses
  • Establish and clear accounts, resolving documentation and transfer issues
  • Collaborate with Investment Counsellors to ensure operational excellence for all client inquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational or back-office capacity
  • Commitment to maintaining quality work while adhering to timelines
  • Ability to meet challenges head-on and learn from setbacks
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with various audiences
