Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a premium setting as a Food Service Professional
  • Proven ability to deliver premium guest experiences and consistent sequences of service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
  • A valid VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
