Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Canberra and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and achieving efficiencies in the day-to-day accounts receivable function. This includes:

  • Providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for accounts receivable queries.
  • Ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and established service levels.
  • Processing accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaising with the finance director and client team to ensure seamless service delivery.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience in similar roles.

- You have experience working in a similar role in a complex and dynamic environment.

- You possess excellent communication skills, including telephone, written, and in-person interactions.

- You are able to work within defined procedures and outputs, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

- You have experience using financial management software and reporting tools.
