Office Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team for the upcoming tax season. This is a short-term, temporary contract to assist with office operations and provide exceptional customer service.

The role involves:

  • Maintaining a professional atmosphere and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients
  • Managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services
  • Conducting pre-appointment calls and liaising with internal administrative centres
  • Accepting and organising drop-off tax returns as per the District Manager's plan
  • Maintaining appointment schedules, managing workflow, and addressing any staffing issues with the District Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in administration and customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous admin or reception experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $34.58 + super (inclusive of casual loading)
  • A 6-week full-time contract (35 hours a week) with opportunities for part-time work
  • Training will be provided at the end of June with the role commencing early July
