Russian Speaking Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Russian speaking support worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist with showering, toileting, feeding and other activities of daily living
  • Hoist Experience: Desirable but training is provided for those without prior experience
  • Manual Handling: Transferring clients from bed to shower commode
  • Social Support and Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with complex needs
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or similar qualification
  • Availability during the week and on weekends
  • Recommended COVID-19 vaccination
  • Willingness to undergo National Police Check and NDIS Workers Check
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle
