Role Overview:
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting renewable energy solutions.
Our ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to self-generate business and consistently over-achieve quota.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points and challenges of potential customers.
- Present solutions that directly address the prospect's identified needs and align with their objectives.
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to bring about successful closures.
- Maintain focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in industries such as automotive, construction, or remodeling.
- Ability to self-generate business through various techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quota consistently.
- Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems and video conferencing tools.
