Travel Management Professional

This is a role that requires managing travel arrangements for clients across Australia and globally.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Travel Management Professional to support our clients in Australia while working closely with international teams.

  • Coordinate reservations and ticketing for Australian and global clients
  • Provide expert advice on business travel, including medical assistance cases
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, car hire companies, and other partners
  • Maintain client profiles and supplier contracts
  • Collaborate with global teams and provide support where needed
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing complex itineraries, handling fare rules, refunds, exchanges, and last-minute changes efficiently.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Amadeus (essential requirement)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a corporate travel agent/consultant
  • Experience with Midoco and/or SAP Concur is highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong track record of managing high-volume, complex international itineraries
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policy, compliance, and duty of care considerations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong client service skills
