  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and team management.

About the Job:

  • Lead the team: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Fragrance expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of our extensive range of candles and home decor products.
  • Sales and inventory management: Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure our fragrances are readily available for customers.
  • Customer connections: Engage with customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Cleaning and maintenance: Ensure a safe and clean store environment for all employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior retail experience: We are looking for someone with previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Leadership skills: You should have the ability to inspire and encourage others to shine.
  • Flexibility: Be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during special events.
