Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Port Mac. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable members of the community by acting as an advocate and role model.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our participants.
- Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, with a commitment to eliminating restrictive practices.
- Build the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives, including family, carers, and friends.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to our participants.
- Flexibility to choose your hours and days, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
