Job Description

As a leading Fresh Produce Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department.

You will take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business by driving sales growth, controlling costs, and maintaining excellent department standards.

  • Monitor stock levels, rotation routines, waste, and quality control
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
  • Ability to look ahead, energise your team, and deliver with pride
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
