Care and Detail of Horses

We are seeking self-motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team at the Pakenham Training Centre. Our stable staff and riders will be responsible for the care and detail of horses, preparing them for trackwork, loading and unloading walkers, and caring for tack, rugs, and stable equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the care and detail of horses on a daily basis.
- Prepare horses for trackwork, including feeding, haying, and watering.
- Load and unload walkers with ease and efficiency.
- Care for tack, rugs, and stable equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Rider Requirements:
- Excellent riding skills, with the ability to ride 8-10 horses per morning.
- Strong training expertise, with proven ability to train and educate various horses.
- Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to take instructions from various individuals.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both as part of a team and independently.
