About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, helping them to achieve their goals and return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop rehabilitation plans for injured workers
  • Provide evidence-based case management and clinical services to support clients' recovery and return to work
  • Collaborate with our national team of clinicians and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation and case management
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant or in the workers compensation sector
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
