About Business Development Associate
Job OverviewThe primary function of this role is to identify and engage new business prospects, thereby driving company growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to discover potential leads and develop a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Establish relationships with healthcare professionals through proactive outreach and communication.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to create and implement strategies for market expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress within our CRM system.
- Verify new doctors and clinics sourced from patient-led orders.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to earn commission-based rewards.
We are seeking an ambitious and outgoing individual who excels at building connections with people and generating new business opportunities.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals.
A background in Life Sciences or healthcare is desirable but not essential.
