About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our team at Sportsgirl. As a Sales Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist with stock deliveries and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
