Lead Educator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators, providing guidance and support as they develop and implement innovative early learning programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
  • LEAD A TEAM OF EDUCATORS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EARLY LEARNING PROGRAMS
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ADOPTION OF OUR CURRICULUM
  • SUPPORT THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG CHILDREN

Key Requirements:

  • A COMPLETED CERTIFICATE III OR DIPLOMA IN CHILDREN'S SERVICES (OR WORKING TOWARDS)
  • PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN LONG DAY-CARE
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF THE NQF AND EYLF
  • A CURRENT WORKING WITH CHILDREN'S CHECK
