Our Role
This role involves managing a portfolio of clients across various industries while collaborating with the team to achieve underwriting objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and communicate quotations, bindings, policy conditions, and mid-term adjustments
- Negotiate rates/terms with brokers
- Follow up on offer of quotations/renewal
- Update reporting systems
- Foster and maintain broker relationships through regular visits and presentations
- Answer broker enquiries
About You
You will have previous experience in insurance underwriting or broking and demonstrate strong client relationship management skills. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to conduct presentations and ensure high-quality service standards.
Your knowledge of industries and businesses will allow you to provide tailored service to clients, as well as market knowledge of risk. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong partnerships.
