Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Manager to join our team at SS&C Technologies Holdings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project objectives and scope
  • Manage project personnel to achieve project objectives and ensure timely completion
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors as needed
  • Communicate project progress and submit regular reports to stakeholders and senior managers
  • Ensure adherence to relevant processes and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, with a minimum of 2 years in Unit Registry, Custodial Services, or Superannuation
  • Proven experience in managing transitions projects, including client onboarding, exits, fund launches, closures, and restructures
  • Strong interpersonal and client-engagement skills, with the ability to delegate and give direction to specialist staff
  • Atlassian Jira experience is a plus
