Audiology Training Lead

The role of Audiology Training Lead is to ensure the highest level of training and education for our audiology team, resulting in improved performance and customer satisfaction. This position will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs, including the creation and delivery of training materials, as well as the evaluation and analysis of training outcomes.
A key aspect of this role will be to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, promoting a growth mindset and encouraging staff to take ownership of their professional development. Additionally, this position will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of training initiatives across the organization.
- This role requires an experienced audiologist with a strong background in training and development, preferably with experience in creating and delivering e-learning modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be required to analyze training data and develop effective solutions to improve training outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the audiology team, aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Create and deliver high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online content.
- Evaluate and analyze training outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of training initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant engagement, and evaluation results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an audiologist.
- Proven track record of creating and delivering effective training programs.
- Experience in e-learning module development and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
