Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex research projects using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods.
  • Design robust methodologies to address client needs and ensure rigour.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations that are clear, actionable and impactful.
  • Engage ethically and respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior researchers in project delivery and professional growth.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches and networking.

For this role, you will need to have extensive experience leading research projects, proven ability to deliver impactful, timely results, strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research, exceptional writing and presentation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, high levels of drive and self-motivation, advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation tools and relevant qualifications in research, evaluation, social sciences or related fields.
