Deliver Quality Care as a Skilled Clinician

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced clinician to join our expanding clinical workforce in delivering high-quality in-home care. As a skilled clinician, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing care plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct comprehensive and accurate assessments of residents, identifying their individual needs and requirements.
  • To develop, implement, and review care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • To work closely with the care team to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • To support new staff members in their orientation and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the care team and provide coordinated care.
