Merchant Sales Representative

Our goal is to find a highly skilled Account Manager who will oversee retail sales in Western Australia for major accounts. This key role requires effective coordination, communication and relationship-building skills to drive results.

About the Role
  • Deliver outstanding sales performance within your territory.
  • Organize tailored product training sessions for merchants and provide technical information as needed.
  • Promote new products by highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Analyse sales data to develop strategies and expand customer base.
  • Maintain and enhance merchant displays and ensure Point of Sale materials are up-to-date.
  • Foster strong relationships with key purchasing contacts and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and contribute to strategic planning processes.
  • Represent our company at trade functions and customer events.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within a merchant or trade environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate and build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential); experience with ERP systems advantageous.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
