We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality civil design solutions across a range of projects.
  • Contributing to the development of project plans and preparation of proposals.
  • Undertaking detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities.
  • Collaborating closely with architects, landscape architects, and other engineers at project meetings.
  • Supporting project management activities, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Assisting with bids, proposals, and other business development initiatives.
  • Promoting continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery.

What We Need from You
We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer with the following qualifications and experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with NER/RPEQ accreditation.
  • 3+ years' experience in civil design for land development, or brownfield projects.
  • Solid technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes.
  • Familiarity with brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource management.
  • Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in QA processes and design reviews.
