About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices to achieve high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Manage workshop operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and resource planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and job progress to ensure efficient workflow and optimal customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workshop performance, efficiency, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and company standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
