Key Role

We seek a Product Insights Specialist to join our Data Analytics team, providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive business growth.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and provide actionable recommendations. You will also be responsible for creating reports and dashboards using your expertise in data analysis and visualisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data models and assets to streamline analytics processes
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific questions and investigate important issues
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends and patterns
Required Expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the SaaS industry or a scale-up/start-up environment
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Sisense
  • Business acumen to identify opportunities where data-driven insights can add value
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with version control workflow (Git) and data transformation tool (dbt)
  • Experience working with Product Usage Analytics and product lead growth initiatives
  • Programming skills in Python or R to manipulate and analyse data efficiently
