Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining technical processes, assessing and reviewing projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and governing bodies.

Key Responsibilities:- Assessing project documentation and making recommendations for compliance with building regulations
- Facilitating the issuance of building permits and advising on modifications or performance variations
- Providing documentation management, including job files and office systems
- Communicating with authorities and councils regarding project requests and notifications
- Preparing technical reports outlining compliance requirements and recommendations
- Relevant university degree or equivalent formal qualifications
- Accreditation or progression towards accreditation as a licensed Building Surveyor
- Maintaining minimum Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
- Ability to check documentation accurately and efficiently
- Effective time management and communication skills
