About the OpportunityWe are recruiting for an Avionics Maintenance Instructor to join the MLSS Program within the CH47F Maintenance Training Team supporting the MLSS contract at Oakey.
This role is open to individuals with Aeroskills Avionics Trade qualifications.
As a skilled trainer and leader, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional training and development experiences in a unique environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for avionics maintenance instructors.
- Lead a team of experienced trainers to achieve high-quality training outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
