**System Integration Manager Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a leading role in the delivery of complex systems integration projects.

The successful candidate will direct and supervise engineering processes between different systems, ensuring seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing interfaces between customers, partners, and suppliers to facilitate efficient communication and issue resolution.
  • Evaluating subsystem technologies and contractual compliances to ensure adherence to technical requirements.
  • Reviewing engineering designs and coordinating lines of action to optimize project outcomes.
  • Interpreting requirements from clients and stakeholders, collaborating with them to provide solutions, and reporting back on progress.
  • Assuming a leading role in technical liaison meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal groups to drive consensus and resolve issues.
  • Coordinating planning and testing of on-site activities such as commissioning and operation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Providing technical support for manufacturing and commissioning engineers regarding analysis of technical solutions and answering technical inquiries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Profound experience in technical engineering and interface management, including professional experience in requirements management, verification, validation, RAM, safety, operational aspects (specifically UTO/GOA4), EMC, earthing, bonding, test, and commissioning.
  • Technical knowledge of major subsystems of a railway turnkey project, such as signaling, railway communication, electrification, power supply, rolling stock, SCADA, track work, etc.
  • Extensive work experience as a team member in international projects, with at least two international railway project executions.
  • University degree in technical engineering, preferably in traffic planning, traffic engineering, or electrical engineering with a railway-specific specialization.
