Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Leading Hand role at Ofi is a critical position that supports the Maintenance Controllers in achieving their business objectives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking maintenance and repairs on all orchard equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machinery Maintenance: Complete repair and maintenance requirements on orchard machinery, and assist the Maintenance Controllers in planning, monitoring, and managing key deliverables.
- Lean & 5 S: Implement the business principles of LEAN & 5 S in all aspects of the position to provide continuous improvement to the role and Ofi's Orchards R&M programs and operations.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery when required to assist with orchard activities and operate machinery for testing purposes.
Requirements:
- Confidence in passing a pre-employment medical/drug screen.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full work rights.
