Are you a strategic thinker who excels in leading projects from conception to delivery?

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, overseeing the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects.

As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with IT manager and technician team, software engineering, operations and more to gather accurate project information and develop actionable plans.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to drive tracking, task allocation, and risk management across projects.
  4. Act as point of contact for vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  5. Maintain project documents, including project boards, requirements, and change logs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (IT/CS/BIS background preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in project coordination or management.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively under dynamic workload.
  • Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, comfortable leading meetings and writing documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-disciplined.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Jira, MS, and asset management tools.
  • Experience in business analysis or IT service management.
  • PMP certification or other relevant certifications.
