About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities to join our team as a Compounding Team Leader in our Coorparoo facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to meet business and customer requirements.
- Oversee the production process and support the Compounding Manager to meet quality, operational, and business metrics.
- Manage staff resources, time and attendance systems, performance reviews, and career development.
- Recruit and develop staff to meet business needs.
- Liaise with coordinators to ensure smooth production flow.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency programs.
- Ensure quality standards and procedures are maintained.
- Participate in site audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve delivery issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in Goods Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated sound leadership qualities and/or people management experience.
- Proven effective communication skills.
- Ability to make timely decisions based on sound professional judgment and consideration of risks.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the health sector or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of aseptic compounding and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ability to build effective relationships, internal and external.
- Business acumen and knowledge of the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice.
