We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Provide exceptional over-the-counter customer service
- Support the warehouse with general administrative tasks and stock take functions
- Prioritize and enter sales orders, process changes, and ensure all administration tasks are completed within requirements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of key roles in the branch
- Assist with stock take processes
- Coordinate administration and reporting of consumables
- Complete general branch and warehouse administration tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Support business operations with administrative tasks
- Manage sales orders and inventory
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- High attention to detail
