Shifts available are morning shifts from 6am-2pm, afternoon shifts from 2pm-10pm, and night shifts from 10pm-6am, Monday to Sunday.

As a Support Worker, you play a pivotal role in promoting autonomy, ensuring choices and control over their lives, and assisting in reaching individual goals.

Tasks may include:

  • Providing prompts for personal care activities
  • Accompanying clients to appointments
  • Facilitating community engagement
  • Supporting clients in achieving NDIS objectives and personal goals

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with service agreement requirements
  • Assisting participants in attaining positive outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Participating in corporate and community events

A casual employee will enjoy flexibility in their work schedule while receiving a competitive hourly rate. The role will be based in Toowoomba, allowing for support to participants within this community.

To ensure participant safety and well-being, additional qualifications and clearances are necessary. These include NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Blue Card, Queensland Drivers Licence, Comprehensive car insurance, First Aid and CPR certificates, and Infection control training specific to the NDIS sector.
